Tenant Re-Entry Guide

As you plan for the re-entry of your employees, we encourage you to consider the following items:

  • You may wish to limit or restrict visitors to the property, especially during the initial stages of increased occupancy.
  • Encourage visitors to practice social distancing and to allow for extra time for travel to your premises.
  • Practice social distancing in mail rooms and other areas wherein space is limited.
  • Consider asking employees to limit or eliminate personal deliveries to your premises.

In an effort to support your tenancy, you can reference Cushman & Wakefield’s Recovery Readiness Guide that outlines pertinent items for your consideration. Please understand that it is not intended to be comprehensive, rather a tool to support your efforts.

Office Reopening Kits

The Meridian Group has partnered with cove to offer Office Reopening Kits. These kits were created to assist tenants in sourcing supplies and PPE, delivered directly to your suite.

Offerings will include three different types of kits that feature supplies you might need to bring your employees back to the office. Please see attached for more reopening kit details.

Interested in placing an order? Fill out this short form to get a quote. Interested in learning more but not ready to order? You can still fill out the form and a cove contact will reach out to discuss your reopening needs.
